Support Fairmont Opera House on Give to the Max Day – Every Gift Counts!

Every November, Minnesotans come together to celebrate generosity during Give to the Max Day (GTMD), our state’s annual giving holiday. It’s a day when your gift can make a huge difference, no matter the size. This year, Fairmont Opera House is asking for your support as we work toward our goal in the Capital Repair Campaign to preserve this historic venue for future generations.

Why Give on Give to the Max Day?

When you give on Give to the Max Day, your donation could help Fairmont Opera House win part of the $100,000+ prize pool! With nearly 150 chances to win throughout the day, your gift is automatically entered into prize drawings that could significantly boost our campaign. Here’s how your donation can stretch even further:

  • $500 Golden Tickets Every 15 Minutes: Every gift you make enters you for a chance to win an extra $500 for Fairmont Opera House. That’s right—every 15 minutes, a new winner is drawn!
  • $1,000 Hourly Golden Tickets: Once an hour, a gift will be chosen to receive an additional $1,000 boost. Your contribution could be the one that wins!
  • $10,000 Super-Sized Golden Ticket: The grand prize of the day is a whopping $10,000! Every gift made between November 1 and November 21 is eligible to win this massive bonus for Fairmont Opera House.

Early Giving Starts November 1

Can’t wait for November 21? Early giving begins November 1, and every gift made during the early giving period is also eligible for daily $500 Early Giving Golden Tickets. The sooner you give, the more chances we have to win.

Extra Boosts for Greater Minnesota

Fairmont Opera House isn’t just competing on the statewide stage—we’re also eligible for regional prize grants thanks to the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation, which is dedicated to amplifying giving in our region. Every donation to Fairmont Opera House from November 1 through November 21 enters us into daily drawings for $75 Early Giving Boosts and a special $1,000 Regional Boost.

How You Can Help

On Give to the Max Day, even a gift as small as $5 could be the one that wins Fairmont Opera House a major prize. Here’s how you can get involved:

  1. Make a Donation: Whether you can give $5, $50, or more, every dollar counts—and every donation helps us get closer to reaching our $4 million Capital Campaign goal. The best part? Your donation could help us win a Golden Ticket or a regional prize.
  2. Share the Cause: Help us spread the word about Fairmont Opera House and Give to the Max Day! Share our campaign with your friends, family, and colleagues through social media, email, or word of mouth. The more people who give, the better our chances of winning.
  3. Set Up a Peer Fundraiser: Love Fairmont Opera House? Create a personal fundraising page and rally your own network to give on November 21. It’s an easy and impactful way to show your support!
